FabGRAB Brings “Hyper-Realistic” Digital Dentures to Spain with Stratasys J5 DentaJet and TrueDent-D Resin

FabGRAB, a Spanish dental startup formed from the merger of two labs and a training company, needed a way to move beyond labor-intensive, manual denture production and meet growing demand for aesthetic, scalable removable prosthetics. As intraoral scanning and digital workflows became standard, the team looked for a more efficient way to produce high-quality dentures and improve repeatability.

Using Stratasys’ J5 DentaJet printer, TrueDent-D resin, and GrabCAD Print software, FabGRAB implemented a fully digital, full-color denture workflow. Stratasys enabled the lab to batch-produce more than 30 full dentures per print run, reduce manual labor, and store/reprint patient designs digitally, helping FabGRAB deliver hyper-realistic dentures faster and position itself as one of the first labs in Europe to offer this capability.
