CPI accelerates HealthTech prototyping with Stratasys J750 in 50+ iterations

CPI, a UK-based deep tech organization, faced the challenge of developing and testing transformative health and wellness technologies, such as medical devices, without relying on cadavers or animal models. They needed a solution that allowed for rapid iteration and the creation of biomechanically accurate anatomical models. To meet this need, they partnered with Stratasys and utilized its J750 Digital Anatomy Printer with PolyJet technology.

The solution implemented by Stratasys enabled CPI to rapidly prototype complex, multi-material anatomical models. This allowed them to create a functional hepatobiliary model for a research client, which was used for in-situ testing of a new endoscope. The results included the ability to go through over 50 design iterations very quickly to achieve a mature product, something that was not previously possible. Stratasys's technology provided unmatched quality and design freedom, which CPI uses to showcase the capabilities of advanced 3D printing to its clients.
