Stratasys Direct Manufacturing implemented a solution using Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) technology and a glass-filled Nylon 12 material, chosen for its exceptional strength and durability. The vendor applied post-processing techniques, including vapor smoothing, to fortify the parts and elevate their aesthetic quality. This collaboration successfully delivered 50 robust and visually pleasing housing units, enabling Bimotal's innovative product launch and demonstrating the efficiency of additive manufacturing for custom solutions.
