Trinity, a 3PL provider serving John Deere plants across the U.S., was struggling to manage hot part requests using emails, spreadsheets, and phone calls. Before working with StrataFlows, the team was handling 150 to 200 requests a day, had little real-time visibility into part location or availability, and found it nearly impossible to do root cause analysis or prevent repeated incidents.
StrataFlows implemented its Hot Part module first, giving Trinity a simple way to submit, track, and act on requests in real time, followed by an ACD module for add/change/delete part tracking. The solution was quick to deploy, mobile-friendly, and customizable, and it helped reduce daily requests from 150 to 200 down to about 10 to 15, a 92.5% decrease. Trinity also reduced downtime, improved incident management, and gained the data needed for process improvement through StrataFlows.
