Hodge, a 3PL supporting John Deere, was managing thousands of parts each week and struggling with a high volume of hot part exceptions and expedite requests. StrataFlows implemented a customized Hot Parts module to automate the upstream request flow from Hodge’s suppliers to warehouse or plant locations, replacing manual tracking with a single source of truth, targeted notifications, data validation, and shared dashboards. With StrataFlows, Hodge gained real-time visibility and accountability, improved root-cause analysis through reason codes and Pareto charts, and identified key issue areas such as plant issues, supplier quality problems, delinquencies, shipping frequency problems, and short notice shipments, helping reduce disruption and improve execution.
