West Tennessee Healthcare Delivers Continuous Financial, Reporting, and Clinical Quality Improvement with Axiom

West Tennessee Healthcare, a nonprofit system serving western Tennessee, needed to unify fragmented financial and clinical reporting, reduce maintenance overhead, and improve budgeting and quality measurement—challenges intensified by the pandemic. To address this, West Tennessee partnered with Strata Decision Technology and implemented the Axiom Cloud suite, including Axiom Decision Support, Comparative Analytics, Budgeting, Rolling Forecasting, and Clinical Analytics.

Strata Decision Technology reimplemented the full Axiom platform on the cloud to standardize data and reporting, replace custom templates with standard ones, and add decision-support and benchmarking tools. The solution gave about 150 users cloud access, eliminated separate data tables, reallocated the work of 1 FTE through automated data normalization, accelerated budgeting and forecasting agility, and improved board-level visibility into financial and clinical quality—delivering measurable time savings and more reliable, actionable data.
