Emory University School of Medicine, with roughly 3,000 faculty across more than 25 disciplines and 45 separate budgeting areas, faced a highly manual, error-prone annual faculty compensation process that relied on Excel workbooks, macros, and a content‑management upload/download cycle—consuming more than 200 staff hours over a seven‑week review period.
