Strata Company redesigned the outreach into an 18-version program—six tailored first impressions and twelve follow-ups—driven by demographic and geographic segmentation, consistent branding, and a branded First Aid Kit incentive. The personalized approach lifted response rates from 1.3% to 5.6% (roughly 4x), increased engagement from 2.8% to 13.2%, and grew referral requests from 245 to 761 (about triple), and ChristianaCare has extended the program to continue scaling these gains with Strata Company.
