Jefferson Einstein Healthcare, a long-standing non-profit health system serving Philadelphia, faced a narrow opportunity to win new patients as people moved into its service area. Past outreach wasn’t sufficiently targeted or multi-channel, so Jefferson Einstein Healthcare partnered with Strata Company to run a structured, data-driven new mover campaign designed to reach households at the right time and drive referrals for primary and specialty care.

Strata Company implemented a three-touch campaign combining personalized direct mail (26,000 households received two unique pieces with QR codes, pURLs, reply cards and a branded first-aid kit), targeted digital ads and addressable geofencing linking to physician referral tools. Over five years the program generated 4,248 responses (4% response rate), 5,784 referrals (1.85 per respondent), 74.2% of respondents requesting a physician referral, an estimated $12.1M in revenue and an 11:1 ROI, while also capturing emails, phone numbers and DOBs to strengthen future marketing.
