Case Study: Palmabit delivers omnichannel CMS for Intred with Strapi

A Strapi Case Study

Preview of the Palmabit Case Study

Palmabit uses Strapi as an omnichannel CMS for telecom provider Intred

Palmabit, an Italian software development company, worked with telecom provider Intred to replace an aging WordPress-based website that was slowing down performance and making updates difficult. The customer needed a secure, self-hosted, headless CMS that could support multiple frontends, including a new corporate website and an investor portal, while fitting Palmabit’s JavaScript/TypeScript-based stack.

Palmabit chose Strapi as the backend CMS to manage content across the two sites and connect with internal services, using Next.js, React, MongoDB, GitLab, and Docker in the implementation. With Strapi, the team delivered both websites in under three months, enabled automated online subscription processing for 50–100 orders per day, and achieved measurable improvements including 19% longer session duration, 9% more returning visitors, and an 18% drop in bounce rate.
