Case Study: Delivery Hero achieves a consistent user experience and empowers self-service partner content management with Strapi

A Strapi Case Study

Preview of the Delivery Hero Case Study

How Delivery Hero maintains a consistent user experience within their app

Delivery Hero, a Berlin-based multinational online food-delivery group operating in 42 countries with 22,000 employees and roughly 500,000 restaurants on its platform, needed a way for local teams to manage multilingual partner-facing content inside its mobile-first B2B Portal (a progressive web app used by nearly 100,000 partners monthly). To deliver a partner training center where teams could self-manage text, videos and attachments while preserving the app’s UX, Delivery Hero selected Strapi as a headless CMS that fit their JavaScript stack and visualization requirements.

Strapi was implemented to power the Portal’s content management and delivered a fast proof of concept followed by the first partner FAQ iteration in production shortly after selection. Training local teams on the Strapi admin took about 30 minutes, the solution maintained a consistent user experience across the app, and Delivery Hero reports that the small internal developments required were quickly justified by the return on investment. Strapi enabled easier content control in 25+ languages and supported Delivery Hero’s goal of scalable, local content management.
