Continuum implemented Strapi’s customizable CMS with GraphQL support and fine‑grained create/read/update/delete permissions, creating about 30 custom roles so each staffer only accesses their content. With Strapi, the team delivered a fast React-based site, sped up content publishing, and improved security and governance — resulting in ~200,000 monthly visits and a 15-point increase in user NPS.
