Glean, an inclusive learning-technology company that rebranded from Sonocent to Glean, faced a major content migration and the need to stop relying on developers for routine website updates. To build an accessible, performant corporate site they chose Strapi as their CMS and paired it with Gatsby and a React/TypeScript frontend, enabling non-developers like marketing to manage content, metadata and redirects directly.

Using Strapi (hosted on Kubernetes with Postgres and S3) and the Gatsby integration, Glean implemented SEO and accessibility features, customized the CMS for assistive‑tech needs, and enabled around 25 internal content editors. Strapi-powered changes helped drive a 60% increase in organic traffic and a 661% rise in organic search visibility (from 204 to 1,553 ranking keywords), while consolidating blogs, resources, events and core pages on the Glean.co domain.
