Technimark, a plastic injection molding manufacturer, faced a challenge in effectively communicating with and training its 800 employees across four alternating 12-hour shifts. Requiring staff to come in early or stay late for shift meetings was highly inconvenient. The company turned to its existing vendor, StrandVision, and its digital signage service to find a more efficient solution.

StrandVision developed a new automated scheduling feature for its digital signage system. This allowed Technimark to replace the shift meetings with a training module that automatically runs for 15 minutes every hour before returning to normal programming. The solution eliminated the burden of manual operation, guaranteed all employees received timely training during their regular shifts, and provided significant convenience. Technimark is pleased with the results and sees great potential for expanding this training use of the StrandVision system.
