Royal Credit Union Puts StrandVision Digital Signage at the Center of its Member Communications

Royal Credit Union (RCU), a member-owned financial cooperative with 24 branches, needed a robust and simplified digital signage solution to enhance its member communications across its network. The credit union turned to StrandVision, LLC and its digital signage service, which it had used since 2004, to centralize and streamline its messaging in lobbies and drive-up lanes while eliminating technical maintenance issues.

The solution involved implementing StrandVision's new R360 Linux digital media players to drive the signage. This provided a more stable, low-maintenance system that integrated seamlessly with StrandVision’s cloud servers. The result was a highly effective and flexible communications network used for marketing campaigns and community announcements. RCU reported the system is very stable and easy to administer, allowing them to easily update content across 15 lobbies and 8 drive-up locations, with plans for further expansion.
