CVTC Deploys Multiple StrandVision Digital Signage Network

Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC) needed a more effective and centralized way to communicate information to its large student body and visitors across multiple campuses. To address this challenge, they partnered with StrandVision, LLC to implement its hosted digital signage service, moving beyond their rudimentary, home-grown system.

StrandVision's solution involved deploying multiple, coordinated digital signage networks. The primary "All CVTC" network broadcasted administrative messages and news campus-wide, while separate networks like the one for Student Life handled more targeted content. StrandVision’s platform provided the flexibility for these networks to operate independently yet share relevant slides, ensuring consistent messaging. This system improved internal communications and allowed for targeted overrides, successfully reaching their entire audience of up to 20,000 people across all campuses.
