Bank of Ann Arbor - Customer Case Study

The Bank of Ann Arbor, a locally owned Michigan bank, was an early adopter of digital signage but was hampered by a costly and cumbersome proprietary video merchandising service. Their challenge involved slow content updates that took up to two weeks and incurred extra fees, leading them to seek a more flexible and cost-effective solution from vendor StrandVision, LLC.

StrandVision implemented its web-based digital signage service, which gave the bank's marketing team direct and immediate control over content updates. The solution automatically mixes marketing messages with news and weather feeds, eliminating previous delays and fees. The results included a significantly more efficient marketing process and a vastly reduced cost, which Stanton noted is only a fraction of their previous service. The bank has since deployed StrandVision to all locations, making the digital signs a focal point in their branch lounges.
