Huntington Bank, a US regional bank with $109 billion in assets, needed to centralize money‑management for retail and business customers and improve its digital and mobile experience. To address that challenge it partnered with Strands, deploying Strands’ PFM and BFM white‑label solutions to power The Hub, Huntington’s digital banking platform launched in 2018.

Strands implemented its PFM/BFM technology to deliver consolidated account views and introduced the Heads Up digital messaging feature, which — beginning in Q1 2019 — integrated AI to provide customers with up to 40 personalized spending and saving insights. The Strands-powered Hub gives Huntington customers “everything in one place,” strengthening the bank’s digital proposition and delivering measurable, actionable financial‑wellness insights.
