RHI Magnesita, a global leader in the refractory industry, faced significant challenges in managing its HR data and processes following a major merger. Using multiple systems and manual Excel files led to data inconsistencies and heavy administrative workloads for its 15,500 employees. To address this, they partnered with Strada to implement a digital HR transformation using SAP SuccessFactors.

Strada implemented a suite of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruitment, and later Compensation, Onboarding, and Learning. This created a centralized, global HR platform that standardized processes and enabled self-service capabilities. The solution significantly increased efficiency, data accuracy, and standardization. A key result was the successful launch of the "RHIM Academy," which saw over 1,600 employees enter the learning system within its first days. Strada's support, including change management, was crucial to the project's success.
