Manitou Group harmonized its HR systems with SAP SuccessFactors

Manitou Group, a global industrial equipment manufacturer with over 4,500 employees, faced significant challenges in harmonizing its fragmented HR processes and data during a period of accelerated international growth. The company's initial attempts at standardization using Excel proved inadequate, lacking a centralized system for talent data and creating inefficiencies. Strada deployed SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central for core HR, talent management, and compensation, successfully completing the multi-phase, global rollout on schedule despite the COVID-19 pandemic. The solution provided Manitou Group with a single, accurate employee database, automated key processes to save time, and enabled data-driven workforce planning. As a result of the successful partnership, Manitou Group has since outsourced its ongoing HRIS maintenance to Strada for continued support.
