Ledesma, an agro-industrial Argentinian company, faced the challenge of modernizing its talent management processes as part of a broader cultural transformation. Partnering with vendor Strada, they chose to implement the SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals module to achieve this goal.

Strada implemented the solution using their Elevate methodology, which significantly shortened the implementation time. The new system, nicknamed "North," provided a user-friendly experience and successfully automated the performance management process. As a direct result, 100% of the employees covered now have clear objectives, are evaluated in a timely manner, and receive valuable feedback, radically improving the quality of talent management.
