Centrica, an international energy and services company, faced significant HR complexity from using 23 disparate systems and a high volume of manual processes. Strada configured and deployed Workday's HCM, talent, and other modules, developing over 80 integrations in a 12-month 'big bang' rollout. The solution provided a single, mobile-ready system for all employees, eliminating over 30 legacy systems. This resulted in significant cost savings, gave managers greater visibility into costs, and led to a much higher rate of employee self-service transactions.
