ADM, a Fortune 50 agriculture company, faced significant operational risk from its 45-year-old legacy payroll system in the US and Canada. To address this challenge, ADM partnered with vendor Strada to implement a transformation utilizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP Time & Attendance Management by Workforce Software.
The solution implemented by Strada was a deliberately phased approach, beginning with a global minimum viable product for Employee Central and then addressing payroll. This strategy allowed ADM to prove value early, refine processes, and build scalable foundations for its 73-country footprint.
