The solution implemented by Strada was a deliberately phased approach, beginning with a global minimum viable product for Employee Central and then addressing payroll. This strategy allowed ADM to prove value early, refine processes, and build scalable foundations for its 73-country footprint. With Strada's guidance, ADM established global process consistency, reduced operational risk, and enhanced the employee experience, laying the groundwork for a sustainable and future-ready HR ecosystem.
