Walt Disney Family Museum - Customer Case Study

The Walt Disney Family Museum partnered with STQRY to create a more inclusive and accessible museum experience. Their challenge was to improve accessibility for non-English speakers and guests with disabilities, while also adding interactive content to make visits easier and more engaging.

STQRY implemented a comprehensive app solution featuring tours in 11 languages, American Sign Language (ASL) videos, audio descriptions, and a social story for visitors on the spectrum. The app also included a virtual tour and ticket purchasing. The result was high praise from users with special needs and recognition from an accessibility website. The app's features also proved invaluable for providing virtual access when the museum closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
