A Stova Case Study
Austrade, Australia’s trade and investment agency, faced the challenge of managing Australia Week in China (AWIC 2016), a massive multi-city trade mission with more than 4,000 delegates, complex registration needs, and fast, accurate seating and communication requirements. Austrade used the Stova platform to automate high-volume event processes and support attendee engagement across the week-long program.
Stova implemented automated registration and badge printing, drag-and-drop seating for gala events, and a native mobile app for delegate information, news, networking, and push notifications. The results were strong: 4,000 badges were printed with little or no queueing, 1,900 guests were seated in under 30 minutes, more than 12,000 push notifications were delivered, and the app recorded 27,000 interactions during the event plus 10,000+ networking interactions afterward.
