The National Soccer Coaches Association of America, the world’s largest soccer coaches’ organization, was managing its annual convention manually in spreadsheets while juggling 30+ categories, 200+ educational sessions, travel, housing, speakers, and registrations. It needed a way to centralize event management, improve efficiency, and integrate with iMIS, and turned to Stova for attendee registration, travel management, and systems integration.

Stova replaced the NSCAA’s manual workflow with an automated, online event process that let staff manage everything in one place and allowed attendees to self-serve updates to hotels, travel, and sessions.
