How Stova Partnered with the Gabelli School of Business

Stova partnered with Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business to support a three-part new‑student orientation in August 2022. The School needed a user‑friendly, scalable way to orient an international and domestic cohort to the program and New York City, build community among students and staff, and track attendance across multiple simultaneous sessions and locations.

Stova provided an end‑to‑end event ecosystem—registration and badging, a fully branded mobile app with campus and city maps, session check‑in (barcode), networking, photo sharing, a conference bag, and real‑time attendance tracking. The program drew over 350 registrations; 271 students logged into the app and generated more than 2,000 network matches, the School reported strong community engagement, the event exceeded expectations, and Stova’s hands‑on service was singled out as a key differentiator.
