A Stova Case Study

From no system to a complete event management process, they created a better attendee experience

Connecticut Technology Council (CTC) needed a better way to manage its Woman of Innovation event, since adding registration questions, collecting attendee details, and handling seating arrangements had previously required a lot of manual back-and-forth by email. CTC used Stova’s registration and event management modules to streamline the process and improve the attendee experience.

With Stova, CTC added custom registration fields, let attendees upload files and update their own information, and used the seating module to manage table assignments without constant email coordination. The result was a smoother, more efficient event workflow, better UI/UX for attendees, less manual work for staff, and simpler bookkeeping through integrated payment and reporting tools from Stova.
