AlwaysOn is a media company that connects the global Silicon Valley through six annual events and an online blogging network (aonetwork.com), attracting top industry sponsors and executives. They needed a more efficient, integrated registration system to replace manual CSV-based signups—one that could match their brand, integrate with event sites, generate badges and give them full control over the registration process.
AlwaysOn adopted the etouches platform, cloning event templates and using modules for registration, badge/barcode generation, scanning, networking (matchmaking) and email marketing. The integrated setup streamlined reporting and onsite workflows, boosted registration completion, and saved time and money. At OnFinance 2015 the networking tools drove 100 meeting requests and 107 messages with high post-event satisfaction scores, and AlwaysOn plans to extend the experience with a mobile app.
