UCLA Anderson’s Fully Employed MBA (FEMBA) program needed a faster way to turn current students into ambassadors and collect authentic video stories at scale during the pandemic, when in-person recruiting was not possible. UCLA partnered with StoryTap and its story-led video automation technology to create and manage student video content more efficiently.

StoryTap helped UCLA distribute the videos across optimized landing pages, YouTube, social sharing, email, SMS, and the FEMBA website, while keeping content fresh without hurting site speed. The campaign exceeded its 10,000-view goal by 79% with more than 18,400 additional views, increased returning-user traffic by 122%, boosted average session duration by over 270%, cut bounce rate by 52%, and drove more engagement on the website, including more pages per session and admissions-page visits.
