National Retail Federation Tripled Brand Engagement with StoryTap

The National Retail Federation (NRF) sought to increase exposure and generate buzz for its upcoming annual Big Show event. They aimed to grow their community by providing a compelling inside look at the experience for future attendees and sponsors, with a specific goal of capturing 50 unique video stories. To accomplish this, they partnered with the vendor StoryTap.

StoryTap implemented a solution using its video technology and custom story prompts to guide attendees and sponsors in creating consistent, authentic video reviews. This approach resulted in 252 videos being produced over three days. The campaign tripled brand engagement on the NRF's Exhibitor Testimonials webpage and successfully elevated the event's visibility to the first page of Google search results.
