London Business School's Executive Education division sought to enhance learning transfer and peer-to-peer learning within its leadership development programs. The challenge was to find a technology solution that could facilitate learner-generated video content without creating a heavy administrative burden or requiring complex integrations, all while helping executives share concise and meaningful reflections on their application of new skills.

The solution was implemented using StoryTagger's video storytelling platform. It was embedded throughout a six-month innovation leadership program to support reflection, teach-back sessions, and the sharing of progress.
