Stellantis U.k. Puts Social Proof at the Heart of Its Digital Journey Across Eight Brands

Stellantis U.K. wanted to make its digital experience more compelling across eight automotive brands, with a focus on capturing attention, building trust, and turning site visitors into leads. The company used StoryStream to support an end-to-end social proof strategy across homepages, campaign pages, and model pages for Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroën, DS, Fiat, Jeep, Peugeot, and Vauxhall.

StoryStream’s visual commerce platform was used to curate and distribute user-generated content, influencer-created content, brand content, and third-party reviews into more than 55 galleries. In February 2023, those galleries generated close to half a million views from 2.8 million page views, with 82% of gallery views engaged and 4.9% of users clicking SmartGoal CTAs; engagement with a SmartGoal CTA increased the likelihood of completing a key action by 149%, and users who interacted with galleries spent 271% more time on site.
