Hyundai Uses Social Proof to Drive Engagement and Conversion on Hyundai.co.uk

Hyundai UK wanted to improve the digital customer journey on Hyundai.co.uk and support research and consideration on its site. To do that, it worked with StoryStream to add social proof at key points across its website, using galleries that combined earned media reviews and user-generated content.

StoryStream hosted ten galleries on Hyundai.co.uk, including expert reviews and curated customer content on the homepage and model pages. Hyundai said users who engaged with a StoryStream gallery viewed two more pages and spent an additional three minutes on the site, and goal completions such as “Book a Test Drive” were up 178% when a visitor had engaged with a StoryStream module.
