How Kapital Bank Improves Campaign Participation and New Feature Adoption

BirBank, the mobile app of Kapital Bank in Azerbaijan, needed a better way to communicate limited-time campaigns and new features to its existing in-app users. With Storyly, the bank aimed to increase feature adoption, retention, and conversions by making these messages more visible and engaging inside the app.

Storyly enabled BirBank to use App Stories for campaign announcements and feature onboarding, including social media imports and rich, mobile-native story formats. The results included a 64% increase in conversion rate, reaching 50% of users with around 40% click-through rate in the first week of a cashback campaign, and stronger feature activation and engagement across the app.
