DeFacto, a ready-to-wear fashion retailer, needed a better way to showcase more products and video content in limited app banner space while keeping the experience simple for young, digital-savvy shoppers. Working with Storyly, DeFacto used in-app Stories to improve customer communications, increase session length, and boost engagement and revenue.

Storyly helped DeFacto implement segmented and automated shoppable video stories with embedded CTAs, countdown stickers, and personalized content across women’s, men’s, and children’s sections. The results were strong: DeFacto reported more than a 40% engagement rate and a 69% click-through rate on campaign stories, and the success was significant enough that the brand planned to extend Storyly to its website.
