Cheerz, the photo printing app used across Spain, Italy, and France, wanted a better way to share inspiring DIY, product, and gift ideas with users without disrupting the app experience. To solve this, they turned to Storyly and its in-app Stories product so they could increase content consumption, session time, and overall engagement around their core purchase journey.

Storyly helped Cheerz add highly customizable Stories in different parts of the app, including button-like formats, seasonal Christmas content, localized stories by country using rule-based targeting, and an interactive countdown to build holiday hype. The approach created a more native experience and improved results, including a 64% completion rate for the Christmas story, while also helping Cheerz drive more engagement, more content consumption, and higher retention.
