eMed, a healthcare company based in Miami, used Storylane to solve the challenge of building product demos without pulling in too many engineering and cross-functional resources. Before Storylane, demo creation involved multiple teams, delayed roadmap work, and reliance on staging environments that could be unreliable for sales presentations and customer walkthroughs.
With Storylane, eMed created interactive product tours and demos for live sales conversations, beta feedback, and customer support. The team used Storylane to prototype unreleased features, simulate the product experience for stakeholders, and share self-paced walkthroughs that reduced support calls. Storylane helped eMed save 15–20 engineering hours per month, pause a couple of tech hires, cut support requests by about 8%, and improve resolution time by more than 20%.
