Tesla Germany needed a faster, more scalable way to manage vehicle information in its in-store digital kiosk system and capture customer details for follow-up. With stores across Germany and new screens being added for stores and trade shows, the company wanted to simplify content updates, automate CRM data collection, and reduce manual effort. Storyblok was used as the headless CMS to support this initiative.

Storyblok, implemented by eCube, enabled Tesla Germany to centrally maintain vehicle data, create new model pages, and build customizable forms through a visual editor and structured content models. Customer form submissions now flow automatically into Tesla’s CRM, freeing staff from manual data entry and helping them focus on customer service. The project took about 6–9 months overall, with roughly 2 weeks to connect the kiosk web app and Storyblok dashboard, and it led to a significant increase in data conversion rates.
