Claro, Brazil’s and South America’s largest broadband and telecommunications company, needed a modern CMS setup to support rich content experiences, heavy traffic, and personalized customer journeys across its digital properties. After years on a monolithic legacy stack, the team wanted more flexibility, better integration with React, and the ability to tailor offers based on customer data and behavior.
