Stonewall Consulting, led by owner and lead consultant Cameron Fraser, provides facilitation and training in strategic planning, risk management and public engagement. Facing tighter schedules, rising meeting costs and difficulty getting people together, Stonewall needed a reliable, easy-to-use online collaboration tool for data-gathering and consensus-building; they adopted Stormboard’s collaborative facilitation platform (templates, voting and color-coding) to fill that need.

Stormboard’s templates, simple interface and customizable voting let Fraser move front-end data gathering into the platform, run asynchronous pre- and post-session work, and adapt workflows mid-session. As a result, Stonewall Consulting reduced in-person facilitation time from three days to two (often eliminating evening work), became more flexible and responsive to clients, and significantly cut facilitator workload—allowing Fraser to manage sessions remotely with only minutes of evening oversight.
