How GoStore Self Storage is using Paxton’s Net2 with Storman Cloud

GoStore Self Storage is a multi-site self-storage operator in Chesterfield that uses StorMan Software’s Storman Cloud to manage its sites, but it was previously handling access control separately in Paxton Net2. That meant staff had to enter, update, block, and remove customer access in two different systems, creating extra work and the risk of data entry errors.

StorMan Software developed a cloud-to-cloud integration between Storman Cloud and Paxton Net2 so Storman Cloud became the source of truth for access data, syncing changes in real time across customer moves, access updates, transfers, and staff PIN changes. GoStore says this has saved time, improved reliability, and made day-to-day operations more efficient across its sites, while also supporting remote management of multiple locations.
