German Furniture Retailer allnatura adds High Availability in its Primary Datacenter with StorMagic SvSAN

allnatura, a German furniture retailer, faced a critical single point of failure in its primary datacenter due to reliance on a single shared central memory. Seeking to mirror data and dramatically increase resiliency, allnatura partnered with exone and NEWERKLA and selected StorMagic SvSAN as the core technology to deliver high availability.

Using StorMagic SvSAN deployed across two identical SuperMicro servers (SvSAN 12TB Gold with 2x12TB SSDs, 32 GB RAM per server and 10 Gb iSCSI networking), the solution mirrors internal storage so virtual machines and data remain highly available. StorMagic’s approach eliminated the downtime risk from the prior single point of failure, protected allnatura’s data, and enabled flexible, cost-effective capacity and compute expansion without disruption.
