Life Insurance Association (LIA), a long-established Irish financial sector association serving more than 10,000 members, was struggling to keep up with rapid growth using manual, paper-heavy processes and legacy systems. To modernize both member services and internal communications, LIA partnered with Storm Technology and introduced a fully digital membership and learning management solution, along with a company-wide intranet.
Storm Technology helped LIA deliver a seamless digital member experience, including mobile-accessible online learning and the digital execution of more than 7,500 exams annually. The project also eradicated 70–80% of manual paper-based processes, improved operational efficiency, reduced email overload, and boosted employee engagement and company culture through Storm Technology’s intranet solution.
