Córas Iompair Éireann (CIE), the Irish public transport group behind Irish Rail, Dublin Bus, Bus Éireann and CIE Tours, needed a better way to manage critical documents and support workflows across its 12,000-strong organisation. Working with Storm Technology, CIE began by using Microsoft SharePoint as a document management solution for mechanical engineers, then expanded its use as demand grew across the business.
