Stirling Council serves 100,000 people with Storm ID

Stirling Council required a digital transformation of their challenging and complex website and intranet to better serve their community of 100,000 citizens. Storm ID was engaged to provide design and technology services to meet this need, using the Umbraco CMS.

Storm ID implemented a citizen-centred design approach, conducting extensive user research and ensuring the new website adhered to accessibility best practices. The solution successfully launched, and despite a severe DDoS attack shortly after going live, the vendor's team provided rapid intervention and resolution.
