Historic Environment Scotland reaches 6 million annual views with Storm ID

Historic Environment Scotland, the lead public body for Scotland's historic environment, needed a new corporate website to provide consistent user journeys for its diverse audiences and to replace its interim intranet. They engaged Storm ID to provide design and technology services to address these challenges.

Storm ID conducted extensive user research and co-design workshops to build a website and a new SharePoint intranet, both designed around user needs. They implemented a scalable Azure hosting solution for the website. The results were highly successful, with the corporate website now receiving over 6 million views annually and the new digital estate enabling Historic Environment Scotland to better understand user behavior and achieve its business objectives.
