Conlin’s Furniture, a family-owned home furnishings retailer founded in 1937 and operating across Montana, the Dakotas, and Wyoming, faced an increasingly urgent technology gap after their longtime owner–developer retired and their custom platform became unsupported. Recognizing the need for a modern, supported system to keep pace with changing consumer behavior, Conlin’s selected STORIS as their technology partner to replace the legacy solution.

STORIS was deployed across 19 stores and moved Conlin’s to a cloud-based ERP, cutting IT hosting costs and giving them a modern architecture that integrates with future platforms. The new system sped up sales order entry, improved accounting and auditing with better exports and general ledger tools, enhanced inventory reporting and warehouse logistics via multi-leg transfers, reduced end-of-day/month reconciliation time, smoothed employee onboarding, and positioned Conlin’s to roll out mobile POS and continued growth.
