Broad River Retail (BRR) is a major, independently owned Ashley licensee with 31 HomeStores across the Carolinas and Georgia, over 900 team members (“Memory Makers”), and $240M in revenue. Facing intense competition on service experience, BRR needed a modern, mobile-first selling strategy to speed checkout, improve order accuracy, and boost adoption of new technology across its stores.
BRR joined STORIS’ NextGen Mobile POS early-adopter program, collaborating on training, onsite launches, and product-data refreshes while empowering internal technology evangelists. The result: checkout times fell by about 70%, tracking of unsold customers rose 67%, NPS and online reputation improved, and Memory Makers gained a faster, more accurate, all-in-one selling tool.
