Furniture Connection is a veteran-owned home furnishings retailer serving the Clarksville, TN area with four store locations, a large showroom, outlet and eCommerce site, generating about $27M annually. By 2017–2018 they found their legacy software—maintained by a small team with no roadmap—was limiting their ability to improve the shopping journey, scale operations, and meet strategic growth goals.
